Pamela Eulberg, RN, is currently serving Graham Healthcare Group as a regulatory and compliance expert, completing appeals for home health claim denials and assisting with accreditation preparation. Prior to her current role, for 7 years Pam was the VP of Compliance and Quality for Residential Home Health Illinois, LLC.Pam completed her nursing education at Chicago Wesley Memorial Hospital (part of Northwestern University), obtained a BS from University of St. Francis, and obtained a Master of Business Management degree from North Park University.
Throughout Pam’s nursing career, she has held various managerial positions in inpatient and outpatient areas. Pam has worked in home care since 1991, starting as a Supervisor and then promoted up to an agency Administrator. Prior to joining Residential, Pam worked as an Administrative Director for Edward Hospital with 13 cost centers, including home care, reporting to her. At Edward Hospital she was the co-Magnet Program Director for the hospital and was instrumental in achieving its first and second Magnet designation. In addition to overseeing the start-up of a home health agency for ServiceMaster Home Health, she has also provided oversight to the start-ups of a Urodynamics Clinic and Wound Care Clinic for Edward Hospital. As the Compliance Officer for Residential Home Health, she achieved certification in Health Care Compliance from the HealthCare Compliance Association and certification as a Nurse Manager and Leader from the American Organization of Nurse Executives. Pam has been an active member of the Illinois Organization of Nurse Leaders and the Illinois Home Care Council and has been both a poster presenter and a podium speaker for these organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and little dog in their motorhome, being a part of the liturgical writing team for her church, and designing and creating handmade quilts.
