David Curtis

Chief Executive Officer of Graham Healthcare Group – Home Health

Read Biography

David previously as the President of Residential Home Health for over 13 years and as Chief Operating Officer of Graham Healthcare Group Home Health. He has overseen all aspects of the day-to-day operations as it has grown from $5 million in annual revenues to the largest home heath care provider in the state of Michigan with operations in Illinois. David’s time is focused on ensuring all aspects of home health business for Celtic Home Health, Residential Home Health, Allegheny Health Network Healthcare@Home, and Mary Free Bed At Home; he is on-point to ensure that the businesses are constantly growing, improving, innovating, and raising the bar in the marketplace and for our patients.

Prior to Residential, David was Managing Partner of Leland Partners, a consulting firm based in Bloomfield Hills with clients including General Motors, Philips Electronics, Syntel, Inc., The Kauffman Foundation, and Mt. Clemens General Hospital. -Prior to Leland, David was a Senior Principal with Diamond Technology Partners, a global consulting firm based in Chicago that advised Fortune 500 companies on business strategy and operations.

David graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics where he was a member of the varsity crew team. David earned his MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan. David is married, and he adores his three children, Christian, Sterling, and Ila Bliss.

Shelle’ Jones

Vice President of Strategic Partnership

    • VP of Strategic Partnerships, AccentCare, national home-based post-acute care provider. Lead cross functional team in development, integration, and ongoing management of strategic partnerships with leading health systems, payers, and physician groups.  Highly engaged in value-based care program and solution development including BPCI Advanced as convener with large physician groups across multiple clinical episodes and episode initiators. (2011-2019)
    • Operational & Sales leader in Senior Living. Particularly focused developing strategies that enabled aging outside of institutional setting, integrating partnerships with community-based providers and resources to meet social, emotional, physical and mental health needs of chronically-ill populations. (Sunrise Senior Living 2009-2011) (Americare Systems Inc. 2005-2009)

LeeAnn Lang

Vice President of Administration

Kelly McNally

  • 25 years of experience in Human Resources, including Recruiting, Corporate Training & Staff Development, Human Resource Administration, Benefits Administration, Policy & Procedure development, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Global HR Systems Implementation
  • Left automotive industry seeking the opportunity to do meaningful work where she had could bring positively impact those in her community. After experiencing hospice care in the home with two of her family members, she knew that GHG was the place that she could get that opportunity

Teresa Spencer

Vice President of Marketing & Salesforce

  • Joined GHG 2010 as Director of Marketing, excited to bring her experience to serve the frail and vulnerable in her community
  • Focused on leveraging technology to create efficiency and improve customer engagement and experience. Since joining GHG, Teresa completed full integration of Salesforce, the organization’s Electronic Medical Record, and other analytics programs, creating programs that drive industry-leading outcomes in engagement and satisfaction for patients, providers, employees, and communities served by GHG

Justin DeWitte

Chief Executive Officer of Graham Healthcare Group – Hospice

Justin served as the President of Residential Hospice, the fastest-growing hospice provider in Michigan, from 2011 to 2016, and more recently Chief Operating Officer of Graham Healthcare Group Hospice. He has also overseen the business operation functions of Graham Healthcare Group, including finance, information technology, human resources, and marketing, as President of Graham Health Services. Justin oversees the day-to-day clinical, financial, and, administrative operations of Residential Hospice and Celtic Hospice.

Previously, Justin was CEO at one of the five largest post-acute physician practices in the country until it was acquired by IPC, and he was the founder and president of a management consultant company serving CEOs and principals in healthcare and private equity. In addition, Justin worked for Chrysler Corporation in the capacity of launching new vehicles and marketing. Justin holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois and graduated from the University of Michigan’s MBA program with high honors. Justin is married and the proud father of four children.

Larry Justice, JD

Teresa McDaniel

Vice President of Clinical Integration and Performance Improvement

  • Joined GHG in 2009 with Edward Health System Joint Venture; under her leadership, home health census grew from 80 to 600 patients and earned top quality ratings (4 star)
  • Roles and responsibilities include development, execution, and ongoing support of home health, hospice, and palliative care clinical integration with health system partners across the system’s full continuum to improve patient experience and outcomes; leading quality & performance improvement efforts for home health, hospice, and palliative care; developing innovative solutions to support health system initiatives including value-based care and population health
  • Loves her role because it gives her the opportunity to work across the care continuum with all stakeholders to extend highly reliable care pathways into patient homes

Jason Pierce

Vice President of Accounting and Finance

Megan Zannetti

Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management

  • Roles and responsibilities include leading overall strategy, operations, and optimization of the revenue cycle across the organization, including oversight of orders processing, medical records, insurance contracts and authorization, provision of charity, charge capture, billing to third parties and patient financial services, overall collection of patient service revenues
  • Accountable for guiding decisions around the necessary resources, systems, tools, processes, and investments to fully realize revenue associated with patient services delivered

    • Began her career with Deloitte as a public accountant, Staff Auditor (2000)
